(Early Access) Requests new credentials for the App Registration

post https://apim-production-api.solace.cloud/api/v2/apim/appRegistrations/{registrationId}/credentials

Requests new credentials for the App Registration.

If the request does not include a clientSecret it is generated automatically and included in the response.
If the request does not include a name the name is set to the consumerKey provided in the request.
